一家公司拥有大量现金和资产，不代表家底一定很厚，还得看看它背后有多少负债。
👉🏻 资产负债表（Balance Sheet），记录的是公司在某一个时间点拥有多少资产、承担多少负债，以及股东权益有多少，可以理解为公司的“家底清单”。
📊 主要看三部分：资产 = 负债 + 股东权益
❶ 资产（Assets）：公司拥有或控制的资源，比如现金、存货、厂房设备、投资等
❷ 负债（Liabilities）：公司需要承担的债务或付款义务，比如借款、应付账款等
❸ 股东权益（Equity）：资产扣除负债后，剩余属于股东的账面权益
📌 举个例子：
假设一家公司的现金和资产都在增长，看起来“家底”越来越厚。但与此同时，如果借款、应付账款等负债也在快速增加，就不能只根据资产增长判断财务状况变好了。
