$CAP is pumping this round, but does anyone really believe this move? Last time, CAP hovered around 0.07 for nearly half a month, only to collapse straight to 0.04. That bloodbath is still fresh in my memory. Today, one bullish candle pushed the price up nearly 8%, reaching a high of 0.07124, and suddenly people are already calling for a break of the previous high.
