Exactly—after a move from $500 → $860, ZEC can look extremely tempting to short, but a strong momentum move can stay irrational longer than expected. The bigger point is that ZEC’s rally doesn’t necessarily need a fresh ZEC-specific catalyst. Strong BTC/ETH momentum can pull higher-beta, smaller-cap assets along with it. So the safer read is: don’t short simply because the price looks “too high.” Wait for momentum to actually break before assuming the reversal.
