Then, the Risk Index formed a lower high while price consolidated and Market Trend began producing Bottom signals. Recovery followed. Today, Risk remains below its July peak and price has resisted Breakdown, but no Bottom signals have emerged. If Risk rolls over and Bottom signals emerge, reconstruction resumes. If Risk continues breaking higher, selling pressure is taking control
