$ZEC really taught me a lesson.
I hedged my position near $1,276, thinking ZEC could break $1,300.
Instead, I ended up entering the long almost at the top.
Then came the drop from nearly $1,300 to just above $1,000.
Now I’m stuck managing both sides, with a huge locked-in loss.
At this point, I’m not chasing the market anymore.
Lesson learned: hedging without a clear plan can turn one bad trade into two.
Now I’m just watching the structure and waiting for the next clean setup.

Mise à jour du marché | $BTC $ETH $SOL $ZEC
Le marché montre un léger rebond, mais je ne vois pas encore de cassure confirmée.
$BTC → 77,5K$
Maintenir 76,5K$ garde la fourchette intacte. 78K$ est le premier niveau que je veux voir récupéré, avec 80K$–82K$ toujours la résistance majeure.
$ETH → 2,5K$
Maintenir 2,45K$–2,48K$ garde la structure saine. Un mouvement au-dessus de 2,55K$ avec volume renforcerait la configuration.
$SOL → ~100$
Toujours plus faible que BTC et ETH. 98$–99$ est la zone de support clé.
