其实政治问题是当前阶段《清晰法案》最大的隐藏问题，中期选举阶段，议员们投票考虑到选举带来的政治因素导致投票更加谨慎
另外，由于法案卡在60票的关键点上，民主党人知道这个法案对于共和党的重要性，所以哪怕是被游说支持法案，开除的价码也比9月之前更高，而这些价码共和党能接受吗？估计需要更加慎重的衡量
如果动议被卡，后续还有继续推进的可能性，但是难度会越来越低，随着临近11月，国会都为中期选举而服务，期间还有新财年的预算法案需要推进，所以参议院排期上清晰法案权重会被压低
这就是问题所在，所以明晚的动议如果失败，后续每一次举行动议的难度会越来越高，除非特朗普真的可以说服足够的民主党人同意！#特朗普接受新版伦理条款，CLARITY投票临近

I completely don't understand where the momentum for tonight's #Bitcoin rebound against the US stock market is coming from. There has been no substantial progress in pushing the "Clarity Act," and even the new Republican text plus Trump's compromise only increases the probability.
