The overall picture remains one of strong underlying fundamentals, but increasingly stretched valuations. Ahead of the earnings release, NVDA briefly fell to around $210.55, roughly 3.2% below the previous close, significantly underperforming $QQQ, which was down about 0.9%. This indicates that investors had already started reducing exposure to major AI stocks in anticipation of the results.
