The SEC’s proposed Regulation Crypto Assets may offer a faster path for fundraising exemptions and tokens leaving securities oversight, while CLARITY addresses the wider architecture of classification, SEC-CFTC roles, and trading markets ahead of Senate review on Sep 15. My read: speed matters less than whether the two tracks produce compatible rules for financing, listings, and exchanges.
