About RobinhoodChainSurge

Robinhood Chain activity is climbing fast. On Aug 31, DefiLlama showed ~$1.33B in 24h DEX volume and ~$6.16B over 7 days, against DeFi TVL of just ~$725M, while growthepie put 24h onchain revenue at ~$1.08M. The mix matters more than the total: Dune data shows stock-paired meme volume has topped tokenized stocks for 4 straight days, hitting ~$93.1M vs ~$91.4M on Aug 31. Whether that points to durable demand for stock tokens and RWAs or mainly short-lived meme speculation is still unsettled.

🚨 Robinhood Chain’s numbers look incredible… but there’s a catch nobody is talking about. 5.52M transactions in a single day. $875M in DEX volume. 22,600+ tokens created. And $2.66M in on-chain application revenue. On the surface, that’s a seriously impressive launch. But here’s the detail that changes the story: that $2.66M isn’t revenue going directly to Robinhood or the blockchain itself. It’s revenue generated by applications running on the chain. #DailyOrbit

Robinhood Chain is flipping Ethereum in daily app revenue, pulling $2.66M in 24 hours. GMGN, Pons and Uniswap drove 88% of it, alongside 5.52M transactions and $875M in DEX volume. Most activity is memecoin trading, not tokenized stocks. Pons alone saw 22,600 tokens launched in a day. Real test: does this volume hold once the frenzy cools, and can it convert into lasting RWA and DeFi adoption? $ETH $BTC #BTCGoldCorrelation #RobinhoodChainSurge

Is $PONS the $PUMP killer ? because it crossed $4B in volume and burned 29% of its supply. and i like PONS, but that comparison right now is too early. Pump did $22.6B in volume and around $57M in revenue over the last 30 days alone. it has also spent over $445M buying and burning $PUMP and more importantly, Pump owns the full loop: > launches bring creators > creator fees keep them promoting > promotion brings traders > trading moves to PumpSwap > fees buy and burn $PUMP then the liquidity and audience bring more creators back.. it also has the mobile app, terminal, livestreams and years of memecoin culture behind it. PONS has a strong loop too. 80% of protocol revenue accumulates PONS, while Robinhood Chain gives it the tokenized stock and RWA angle Pump doesn’t have. so imo $PONS can be a good high beta Robinhood Chain bet without being a Pumpfun killer.

In the last 24 hours, Robinhood did more revenue than Hyperliquid. All build on $ETH . Never fade Ethereum.#DailyOrbit

Every tokenized stock on Robinhood Chain has a Chainlink feed. Right now most of them are standing still. The $AMZN feed has not updated in seven and a half hours. In the last six, its pools traded 2.9 million dollars across 23,602 fills. The $NVDA feed last moved just over two hours ago. Its pools did 17 million in six. The oracle tells you what the stock was worth while the market was open. The pools tell you what it costs right now. Our quote reads the pools, because that is where your order actually lands.

Perhaps Robinhood has completely attention mogged Base, but I think it's worth noting the different starting points between the two chains. From day one Base has been in search of a "killer app" that would set them apart from the other chains. Social apps ultimately ended up being the wrong path to go all-in on, but they had to fully commit to something to differentiate themselves. Robinhood started off with a core use case/killer app on day one. That being tokenized stocks at a scale that almost no other entity could pull off. There are plenty of criticisms to make toward Base, but their paths were fundamentally different in a way that has directly contributed to how popular each respective chain currently is.
