Netflix is down -28.48% so far in 2026 and -24% in the last 3 months alone, trading near its 52-week low.
But it now trades at a 12-month forward P/E of 19.9, a 39% discount to its 5-year average of 32.4. The classic "strong disconnect between operating performance and share price movement".
Wall Street still sees it: mean long-term target is $94.18, ∼34% above current levels as of Oct 12, with TD Cowen at $100 buy and KeyCorp just cut to $85 but kept overweight.
