Korean Air needs to answer for this. Absolutely gut-wrenching for any dog lover to watch. @KoreanAir Please Korean Air give an explanation, it is really heartbreaking for dog lovers to see.

KOREAN AIR, I NEED ANSWERS. My dog died while being transported by Korean Air. I handed her to Korean Air alive. Hours later, they returned her body to me. I still don’t know how she died. I'm speaking out because I’ve been unable to get the records, answers, or even a person responsible for explaining what happened. This is her story. Her name is Bubble. She was my family, my emotional support dog, and the little soul who carried me through some of the darkest years of my life. She was incredibly sensitive to my emotions. I never had to say anything — the moment she sensed I wasn’t okay, she would come sit beside me, lean against me, and stay. She was also the gentlest little girl: quiet, sensitive, incredibly well-behaved. She rarely barked or caused trouble and always listened to me. And I trusted Korean Air to bring her safely back to me. Instead, I received her body. What haunts me is the nearly two-hour gap between when she was taken off the plane and when I finally saw her. I went to the transfer counter immediately after landing. I was right there, waiting for her. For almost two hours, I had no idea where she was. When did something go wrong? When did she die? Did anyone check her breathing or heartbeat? Was a vet called? Was any attempt made to save her? What if she was still alive when she came off that plane? Could those two hours have been her last chance to survive? If she was already dead when the plane landed, show me the records. If she was still alive, why wasn’t she taken for emergency veterinary care? I was in the same airport, looking for her. We were so close, yet I didn’t even know where she was. I asked Korean Air for CCTV, transport and handover records, staff reports, medical records, and documentation of her death. I still don’t have what I need to know what happened. I don’t even have a death certificate. I asked for a person responsible for my case. I couldn’t get that either. I was told some information could not be provided due to “privacy” or internal policies and was directed to submit my case through Korean Air’s website. My child died in your care. This is not a missing suitcase. I need to know what happened to her. A Korean friend found a post about another pet death involving Korean Air last year. According to that owner’s account, the pet received medical assistance, was taken to an animal hospital, and related costs including cremation were covered. My girl received none of that. I paid for her cremation myself. Why was she treated so differently? Is it because I am Chinese? I don’t know. But I deserve an explanation. I have filed a formal complaint, compensation claim, and evidence-preservation request. For five years, whenever I was hurting, she found me. But during what may have been the most frightening hours of her life, I couldn’t find her. I was right there in the airport. Korean Air, I handed you my little girl alive. You returned her body to me.I know you cannot bring her back. So give me back the missing hours of her life. Give me the records. Tell me when she died, what happened, and whether anyone tried to save her. I should not have to spend the rest of my life guessing how my child died. Please share this thread. Korean Air, give me the truth about my child. #KoreanAir #PetTravel

Scolding or not, this time Brother Sun really stood up for the national guys. Watching it was truly satisfying! Even the nail clippers got involved! Fiercely going after the girl! @justinsuntron
