About BTCGoldCorrelationTest

BTC retreated toward $78,000 in September after topping $80,000 in late August. September is historically weak, though BTC rose in the past three. Grayscale says its 90-day gold correlation is above 50%, versus 33% for the Nasdaq 100; Glassnode puts its S&P 500 link near a two-year low. Treasury yields are rising again as long-bond buyback relief fades. Is BTC following gold's scarcity and dollar-credibility trade, or still constrained by rates, seasonality and risk appetite?

BTC AND GOLD ARE BOTH FALLING BUT ARE THEY REALLY CORRELATED? 👀 $BTC is around $77K while $XAU is near $4,300. Both pulled back as risk appetite weakened, but their drivers remain different. Gold reacts more to the dollar, real yields and central-bank demand. BTC is more sensitive to liquidity, sentiment and institutional flows#NFPTestsSeptHikeOdds #RobinhoodChainRWAvsMemes #DellAIServerBeat

BTC & GOLD ARE MOVING TOGETHER… BUT ONE IS BREAKING FIRST 👀 Gold and Bitcoin often look like a team on the way up—but when the market turns risk-off, the difference in volatility becomes obvious. Today, gold slipped to a 3+ week low, while BTC pulled back sharply from above $78,400 to around $76,500. BTC is down nearly 2% over 24H, with a low near $76,260. Gold is around $4,300, down roughly 0.6% intraday. #DailyOrbit

📊 GOLD → $BTC ROTATION? LOOK CLOSER. A lot of people are calling it a capital rotation from gold into Bitcoin. But the data tells a more complicated story. Right now, it looks less like BTC absorbing gold flows and more like both assets facing pressure. The key isn’t the narrative. It’s watching price performance + capital flows together. If gold weakens while BTC fails to attract those flows, that’s not rotation — it’s risk coming out. 👀 #Bitcoin #BTC #Gold #Crypto

GOLD & BTC — RISK-OFF PRESSURE BUILDS Gold and BTC often move in sync when markets are rising, but during sell-offs, BTC tends to show its greater fragility. Today, gold slipped to its lowest level in more than three weeks, while BTC pulled back from above $78.4K to roughly $76.5K. #NFPTestsSeptHikeOdds #RobinhoodChainRWAvsMemes #DellAIServerBeat

#BTC pullback from highs, gold correlation tested I've been observing a change recently: BTC used to have a very clear correlation with US stocks, especially AI and tech stocks, but now that connection seems to be loosening, while its correlation with gold is tightening. SanDisk shows this most clearly. When BTC was charging towards $80,000, SanDisk dropped sharply from around 1800 to about 1400. #NFPTestsSeptHikeOdds #RobinhoodChainRWAvsMemes #DellAIServerBeat

SEPTEMBER: DON’T CAST THE NET YET August pushed $BTC above $81K, but it now trades around $78K–$79K. ETF flows have shown renewed institutional demand, yet the recent pullback proves the rally still needs confirmation. September brings critical catalysts: U.S. CPI on September 11, the Fed decision on September 16, and a key procedural test for the CLARITY Act on September 15. The lake is brighter now. But only sustained real capital inflows will reveal whether the fish are truly here.

$BTC and $XAU are both pulling back, raising an interesting question: how closely are these two “safe-haven” assets actually correlated, and what could come next? Recently, U.S. stocks, gold, and Bitcoin all weakened together, signaling a clear cooling in risk appetite. But I wouldn’t assume BTC and gold are moving for the same reasons. Gold is heavily influenced by the dollar, real yields, and central-bank demand. BTC is more sensitive to liquidity, sentiment, and institutional flows. The biggest variable remains the Federal Reserve. If rate-hike expectations continue rising, the dollar stays strong, and Treasury yields remain elevated, both assets could face additional short-term pressure. For BTC, the $75K–$77K area is an important support zone. Until BTC can reclaim $80K, I’d remain cautious rather than aggressively bullish. For gold, the key question is whether it can stabilize around $4,300. Continued strength in the dollar and Treasury yields could keep pressure on it. My view: gold looks more defensive in the short term, while $BTC BTC remains more interesting for the longer-term picture. The real question isn’t simply “gold or digital gold?” It’s understanding what is driving each market before choosing a side. #BTC #Gold

!!! GOLD DROPS SHARPLY - BTC MAY FOLLOW • Gold (XAUUSDT) falls from near 4,700 to around 4,329 (-0.64%). • Some see BTC potentially heading toward 72,000 USD support if gold continues correcting. • Gold-BTC correlation is not always absolute - watch broader macro data. Market remains sensitive. Focus on actual flows and data. September is coming $BTC $HYPE $XAU #BTCGoldCorrelation #CryptoTreasuryBuying #LaborMarketTestsWalsh

🚨 BTC ISN’T JUST WEAK — THE DOLLAR IS STARTING TO FLEX. A stronger US dollar is putting pressure on both $BTC and gold, and when both start losing strength together, this is not the kind of market where you blindly chase the dip. $BTC pushed into the $81K resistance and got rejected, while bulls and bears continue fighting around $78K. Right now, the market is stuck in a tug-of-war, and bottom-fishing here could be risky.$BTC #LaborMarketTestsWalsh #BTCGoldCorrelation #BroadcomDellAIResults
