About Securitize12Stocks

Securitize launched 12 tokenized US stocks on Solana on Oct 8, including Apple, Nvidia, Tesla and SpaceX. Each token represents a security entitlement backed 1:1 by an underlying share, with applicable dividend and voting rights, not just price exposure. Eligible investors in permitted markets can trade via Securitize's registered broker-dealer and settle in USDC. Trading on NYSE's planned digital venue and OKXICE is not yet live. Can this model sustain liquidity and support redemptions?

Wall Street just changed its address. Apple. Nvidia. Tesla. Microsoft. Securitize has launched 1:1-backed stock entitlements on Solana, settling in USDC. Eligible investors get applicable shareholder rights; trading starts in extended hours, not 24/7. NYSE and OKXICE access is planned—not live yet. The bigger story for $SOL: blockchain infrastructure is hosting regulated equities, not just crypto tokens. #SOL #RWA #Tokenization #Stocks

the next RWA battle isn't about putting stocks onchain. it's about what you actually own. Securitize just launched 12 tokenized US equities on Solana. AAPL. NVDA. MSFT. TSLA. and more. but the interesting part isn't the tickers. it's the structure. → 1:1 backed by real shares → settled in USDC → dividend and applicable voting rights → extended-hours trading, with 24/7 planned meanwhile, the SEC has introduced a 5 years conditional framework for eligible onchain stock trading venues. here's why this matters. a token tracking NVDA's price isn't necessarily the same as holding rights tied to an actual NVDA share. one gives you price exposure. the other can give you legally enforceable securities entitlements. and that distinction changes everything: →custody. →counterparty risk. →redemption. →investor protection. the real question is no longer: can we tokenize stocks? it's what legal rights survive when a stock moves onchain? the winners won't just make equities trade faster. they'll make ownership work across both financial systems. that's the RWA infrastructure worth paying attention to.

Not all public companies will bring their shares onchain at once. Securitize Stocks allow eligible investors to hold positions backed by actual shares today, with a path to issuer-sponsored shares if those companies decide to tokenize directly.

THE BLOCK: StoneX lifted its Securitize price target by 50% to $18 and maintained a Buy rating, saying the company has "evolved into a market operator" but is "still being valued as a tokenization vendor." $SECZ shares were mostly flat at $13.83 in premarket, about 30% below the analyst's target.

Everyone is trying to make tokenized stocks yield-bearing assets now. But stocks don't magically generate extra cash flow just because they're onchain. So who's actually paying for all this yield? Apparently, 42% of tokenized stock supply was classified as DeFi-eligible collateral, but: – $81M, or 2.6% of total issuance, was sitting in lending markets. – $188.9M, or ~6% of issuance, was deployed across broader DeFi (AMMs, Pendle, and vaults). I'm also seeing that deposited capital doesn't necessarily mean productive capital. Just look at the lending numbers: – @kamino Opening Bell: ~$38M deposited, only $7.5M borrowed – Kamino xStocks: ~$29M deposited, $5.2M borrowed – @SentoraHQ xStocks: $7.8M deposited, just $600K in debt – @lista_dao bStocks: ~$7.64M collateral, ~$3.67M borrowed Lots of collateral sitting there. Not nearly as much borrowing happening against it. Makes me think debt growth relative to deposits is gonna matter way more than headline TVL. @krakenfx's xStocks vaults were offering estimated net yields of ~1.8–2%, with a 25% performance fee. Underneath, the vault takes your stock token, posts it as collateral, borrows stables, puts those in DeFi, then compounds whatever spread is left back into the stock position. So users get whatever is left after downstream strategy returns, stablecoin borrowing costs, fees, and other frictions are accounted for. Compare that with STRCx on @pendle_fi, which gives us a glimpse of what tokenized equity yield markets could eventually become. STRCx had a 12% annualized variable dividend rate. Unlike a typical growth stock, there's an actual external distribution stream to work with. – $33.5M of STRCx exposure was on Pendle – ~97% of DeFi-deployed STRCx was sitting in one yield-splitting venue – Nov 25 maturity showed ~24.4% implied APY vs ~12.22% underlying APY Pendle is pricing and redistributing claims on that future cash flow between PT and YT buyers. We're starting to see an actual market for the time value of tokenized security income. Because for something like NVDAx or TSLAx to generate extra yield, someone somewhere has to pay. You can wrap the same asset five times, but you can't wrap your way into five independent sources of cash flow. Which is why I suspect preferred shares, dividend-paying ETFs, and other cash-flow-heavy securities could develop deeper yield markets before the most speculative single-name stocks do. Another thing to watch is which stocks people actually want to borrow against. ~21% of SPYx supply was in lending markets versus only ~5–6% for NVDAx and TSLAx. Makes me wonder maybe the sexiest stock to trade isn't necessarily the best collateral? Also worth remembering that equity perps had ~$3.3B OI vs ~$81M in lending collateral, ~40x. Demand for leveraged stock exposure is overwhelmingly choosing perps over borrowing against spot tokens. And tbh that makes sense when a perp is one click, while spot-backed leverage has to deal with collateral haircuts, oracle updates, issuer redemption, and U.S. market closures. A token trading 24/7 doesn't automatically mean the underlying stock can be liquidated safely over the weekend. That might be the biggest bottleneck in this entire stack. So yeah, I think we're still insanely early in the tokenized stock game. The TVL is starting to show up, but the actual yield economy behind all of this still very much a work in progress.

Yield Infrastructure Tier List 2026 🧵 Today, the sector covers vaults, lending, curators, cross-chain routing, risk management, and automated capital allocation. Here's my current Yield Infrastructure Tier List: S Tier – @Morpho → The backbone of Ethereum's lending and vault ecosystem. – @yearnfi → One of the most battle-tested automated yield platforms. – @CIAN_protocol → Advanced yield strategies across lending, leverage, and restaking. – @beefyfinance → Leading multi-chain auto-compounding platform. A Tier – @superformxyz → Cross-chain vault marketplace. – @eulerfinance → Modular lending and vault infrastructure. – @veda_labs → Embedded yield infrastructure for protocols. – @SteakhouseFi → Institutional-grade vault curator. – @gauntlet_xyz → Quantitative risk management and vault strategies. – @Re7Labs → Active curator across Morpho and Euler. – @MEVCapital → Professional DeFi asset manager. B Tier – @mellowprotocol → Modular staking and restaking vaults. – @VaultCraft_io → Permissionless vault infrastructure. – @bprotocoleth → Lending risk infrastructure. – @LlamaRisk → Independent DeFi risk research. – @ConvexFinance → Curve yield optimization. – @yieldyak_ → Auto-compounding with a focus on Avalanche. The biggest trend I'm watching is the shift from simple yield aggregators to a complete yield infrastructure stack. The protocols that simplify capital allocation, improve risk management, and make yield more accessible are the ones I believe will benefit the most over the next cycle. Which project would you add to this list?

I file every fintech launch under distribution or manufacturing. Securitize's 1:1-backed Apple and Nvidia tokens, with dividends and USDC settlement on Solana, are distribution. Same share, new pipe.

Oh, and @Securitize stated that Securitize stocks are designed to support additional onchain utility over time, including supported lending + collateral markets like @Aave. People are not realizing how many catalysts are coming for Aave and how these will impact Aavenomics 3.0.

Top @Aave developments from the last 7 days: 1. @Dialectic_Group launches Mag 7 stock vaults on @Base, built on @makinafi and powered by Aave. 2. @superformxyz launched Earn Stocks, bringing Aave-powered DeFi yield strategies to NVDA, TSLA, GOOGL and the rest of the Magnificent Seven while maintaining stock exposure. 3. @privy_io Earn now lets fintechs, neobanks and other businesses integrate Aave-powered yield directly into their apps. 4. @Circle Mint integrated Aave, allowing eligible customers to borrow USDC against cirBTC collateral on @Arc or Ethereum. 5. @GSR_io committed up to $100M to @hare_xyz, its new onchain credit business built with @turtledotxyz. Its first two vaults, offering stablecoin and tokenized gold yield, are powered by Aave. 6. @MapleFinance's syrupUSDC is now live as collateral on Aave V4 on Arc, allowing users to borrow USDC against it. 7. The Aave app now supports USDC and USDT deposits from BNB Chain, expanding its multichain accessibility. Aave is extremely focused on institutional adoption, tokenized stocks, and distribution. And, it will pay off.
