$BTC is consolidating near 76,800–77,000 after yesterday’s PPI (August YoY at 5.4%, hotter than expected) triggered a sharp drop from the high-78,000s/low-79,000s into the mid-76,000s. The bigger issue isn’t just the candle—rate-hike odds for the upcoming Fed meeting have climbed to roughly 70%. Repeated failures above 80,000 have already flushed longs; a hotter CPI would raise the odds of another leg lower.  $ETH is tracking BTC closely and trading around 2,440–2,450.
